Abstract
Balkan Wars, as well as being a war with crucial military and political consequences in late Turkish History, had impacts persisting even today in social, demographic and cultural spheres. The attitude of non-Muslim Ottoman citizens living in areas invaded by Balkan Allies were usually negative towards Turkish-Muslim population. In this study events taking place in Havsa, a district of Edirne during Balkan Wars, were studied based on archive documents and other sources.
