Abstract
The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between the socio-demographic characteristics of health workers and their career orientations. Unlimited and variable career orientations are the focus of research. This research was conducted using a quantitative research model. The universe of research consists of health workers working in a state hospital in the Central District of Edirne. The easy sampling method has been used for data collection purposes. The survey was conducted between February and May 2023. The study used data from 203 volunteer participants. According to the findings, unlimited career prospects decrease as people grow in age and their monthly total family income. It also concluded that those with low family income had a significantly higher level of desire to change organizations. This research shows that nurses tend to physically cross organizational boundaries more than doctors.
