Abstract

At a time when we live in an age of multimedia, the production and publication of child and jouth literature make use of TV programmes, compact discs and computers. Within this context, one of the fields that make use of these tools is childrens and youth literature. Although it is a new process in Turkey, web sites publish more and more child and youth literature and by means of CDs audio-visual texts are published. Childrens and Youth books include CDs. In cinema, the world of cartoons and childrens and youth literature are significant target consumers. In this study, childrens and youth literary texts which have been published in the above mentioned multi-media texts will be analyzed with examples. In this respect ,the structur of electronic text and their style will be studied in terms of text type
