ABSTRACT

In recent years, the Thinking Process that comes from the Theory of Constraints has been utilized as a managerial problem solving tool in improving systems or organizations and Management philosophy in total quality management (TQM). In this approach, improving the systems through resolving that its bottlenecks would require strengthening the weak chain of the the system on a continuous improvement base. This approach, however, is not well-known and has not been utilized as much in Turkey. Learning for thinking process methodology: helping people and managers who develop the skills and dispositions of as a critical thinker and problem solver in an organization.In this contex, thinking process is one of a good methodology as a problem solving and management philosophy. The authors’ goals in writing this article is to contribute and meeting the gap to the related field.
