ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is specifying the efficacy beliefs of school managers regarding innovation management. Data were acquired from 263 school managers worked in 94 primary and secondary education institutions in Kırklareli and its counties during the second term of 2010-2011 education year. The opinions of the managers in the study related to’ Innovation Management Efficacy’ total and whole sub-dimensions correspond to the level of ‘Totally Agree’. While there is no meaningful difference between the opinions of the managers in the study related to’ Innovation Management Efficacy’’ total and whole sub-dimensions according to gender and education level, the differences in total point of “Project Management’’ and “Innovation Management Efficacy’ according to level are meaningful.
