ABSTRACT

During the teaching of the violin, an efficient technique of the instrument is one of the most important factors in the formation of musicality. Bowing technique, vibrato and intonation have a crucial role in producing qualified sounds and qualified sounds are one of the determinative factors in terms of musicality. On the other hand, students of the violin should be able to comprehend artistic content of the works and use the instruments of musical expression. All above factors should be taken into consideration in the teaching of the violin.
