ABSTRACT
In this study 7 local Turkish course books for German as a Foreign Language have been examined in terms of project-based teaching and/or learning processes, and an answer has been sought to the question whether the project suggestions in the books or in the German courses are based on forms of interaction and thus, both speaking and writing skills in German Language has been achieved, as it is determined by the language policy targets of the European Council, and whether Turkish students may be socialized through cooperative learning.
