Abstract

In this study, public and private sector hospitals in Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ provinces were examined and evaluated for compliance with these standards in terms of web sites quality and accreditation standards. For this purpose, the web site of a total of 32 hospitals, 18 of which are public and 14 of which are private, were examined by using a screening model between 20 March and 24 March 2018 and the findings were presented in tabular form with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical program. As a result of the review, it has been seen that public hospitals have web sites that are more in line with institutional structure, communication and quality than the criteria of Health Quality Standards and Health Accreditation Standards compared to private hospitals.
