Abstract

This study aims to to explore the influence of organizational justice perception on the level of ostracism. The study also investigates whether the level of ostracism and organizational justice perception differ from one another. To test the hypotheses of the research data collected from 257 research assistants working in higher education institutions. Findings of the study show that organizational justice perception has a negatively meaningful effect on the level of ostracism of research assistants. Yet, no meaningful difference was found between the levels of ostracism and organizational justice in terms of the type of the position of research assistants.
