Abstract

The aim of this study is to get the opinions of the students who graduated from University of Trakya Faculty of Education Department of Elementary Education about the program of classroom teacher training.

This study was performed by the graduated students and the teachers who are still teaching and graduated from university between 1998-2004 with the point that the students in the system will not be satisfactorily evaluate the program of classroom teacher training.

As a result of the research, there was a significant difference in the opinions of the teachers according to sexuality and year of duty. And also it was seen that teachers came across some diffuculties in official writings, classroom managment, language problem, guidance, lack of application and cultural differences.
