Abstract

The neoliberalism period that started with 1978 Washington Consensus, financialized the capitalism. Startingfrom 2008 financial crisis, the financialization period pose a bigger thread for national economies and global economy with FED’s monetary expansion policies. First of all, the national economies of developing countries can face more destructive risks.

It is not a secret any moret hat, USA Department of Defense (Pentagon) simulating / practising “Global Finance War” operations starting from March 2009. Currency / rate wars, trade wars, and finally global finance wars how that the battle of setting up New World Order is continue by transforming to a different stage .
