ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to examine the relationships between organizational resilience capacity and transformational leadership developed throughout the organization on hotel performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected from 397 employees working in the hotels located in the Thrace region with convenience sampling method via face-to-face and online survey. With the obtained data, descriptive statistics were calculated, and research model was tested with partial least squares structural equation modeling. The study revealed that transformational leadership increased organizational resilience capacity and reduced the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on hotel performance.
